Keep every family connected, without the phone tag

In-app messaging, daily activity reports, and a native parent app on iOS and Android. Parents stay informed. Staff stay focused on teaching.

THE PROBLEM

Parent communication should not be a full-time job

Texts, emails, and calls everywhere

Staff juggle personal phones, email threads, and hallway conversations. Important updates get lost, and there is no record of what was said.

Parents feel disconnected

When families do not hear from the center, they worry. But asking staff to send individual updates throughout the day pulls them away from the children.

Staff are interrupted for routine updates

Teachers stop what they are doing to answer parent questions about meals, naps, or pickups. Every interruption takes time away from the classroom.

WHAT YOU GET

Communication that flows naturally

Updates happen as part of the daily workflow, not on top of it.

In-App Messaging

Threaded conversations between staff and families. See which messages need a response, track read receipts, and keep everything in one place.

Daily Activity Reports

Share what happened during the day: meals, naps, activities, and milestones. AI helps draft reports so teachers can review and send in seconds.

Photo & Video Sharing

Capture moments and share them with families instantly. Per-child consent controls ensure photos are only shared with authorized parents.

Center-Wide Announcements

Send updates to all families at once: closures, events, policy changes. No more printing flyers or sending mass emails.

AI Message Polish & Reply Suggestions

AI helps teachers write clear, professional messages. Reply suggestions speed up responses. Everything is draft-only with teacher review before sending.

Parent Mobile App (iOS & Android)

A native app where parents see their child's day in real time: attendance, activities, messages, invoices, and quick actions like check-in and absence reporting.

Common questions about parent communication

How does messaging work?

Parents and staff communicate through threaded conversations in the Neztio app. Messages are organized by family, and staff can see which conversations need a response at a glance.

Are daily reports sent automatically?

No. AI drafts the report based on logged activities, but teachers always review and approve before anything is sent to parents. Nothing goes out without teacher sign-off.

How are photos kept private?

Each child has consent settings controlled by the center. Photos are only shared with families who have authorized photo sharing. Staff cannot override these settings.

What AI features are included?

AI helps with daily report drafting, message polish (adjusting tone and clarity), reply suggestions, and photo captions. All AI output is draft-only and requires teacher review.

What can parents do in the mobile app?

Parents can view attendance status, read daily reports, send and receive messages, view invoices, check in via QR code, report absences, and request pickup changes.
