Yes. Starter is free forever for home daycares with up to 15 children. No credit card required, no time limit. When you're ready for staff accounts, billing, or advanced features, upgrade to a paid plan.
What happens during the trial?
Paid plans include a full-access 30-day trial. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, choose a plan that fits your center, or stay on Starter for free.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Settings page. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do you charge per child or per staff member?
No. Pricing is a flat monthly rate per center. The Starter plan supports up to 15 children. Standard and above have no child limit. No per-child fees, no per-staff surcharges, no hidden costs.
What if I have more than 3 locations?
Each center gets its own subscription. The Pro plan includes multi-site management tools to oversee up to 3 locations from one dashboard. Need more? Contact us for multi-location pricing.
