How long does it take to switch?

What data can I import?

Child names, dates of birth, classroom assignments, guardian contact information (email, phone, name), allergies, and notes. We auto-detect columns from Brightwheel, Procare, Sandbox, HiMama, and other common formats.

What if my columns have different names?

Our 7-layer matching engine handles it automatically. It normalizes headers, detects known vendor formats, matches aliases, and uses fuzzy matching for typos. Anything it cannot match, you assign manually with a dropdown. Most imports are fully auto-mapped.

Can I undo an import if something goes wrong?

Yes. Every import has a one-click rollback. If you need to re-do it, just rollback and import again. No data is lost.
