Common questions about childcare billing
What are the payment processing fees?
Neztio uses Stripe for payment processing. Standard Stripe rates apply (2.9% + 30 cents for cards, 0.8% for ACH with a $5 cap). There are no additional Neztio fees on top of Stripe.
Can I set up different tuition plans?
Yes. You can create multiple programs with different schedule options (full-time, part-time, drop-in) and pricing tiers. Each child's invoice is based on their enrolled plan.
How do parents pay?
Parents receive invoices in the Neztio app and can pay with a credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer. Autopay can be required so payments happen automatically on the due date.
Can I set up autopay?
Yes. You can make autopay mandatory for all families. Parents add a payment method during onboarding, and invoices are charged automatically on the due date.
Can I export data for my accountant?
Yes. You can export invoices, payments, and revenue reports as CSV files. Year-end tax statements can also be generated and downloaded for each family.
