Reviewing Form Submissions

When a family completes an enrollment form or packet, their submission appears in the Submissions queue. You can review each submission, request changes, or approve it.
Reviewing Submissions
- 1Go to Enrollment > Forms.
- 2Click the Submissions tab.
- 3Click on a submission to view the completed form.
- 4Review each field. Flag any fields that need correction.
- 5Click Approve to accept the submission, or click Request Changes to send it back to the family with notes.
Submission Statuses
- Pending: The family has submitted but it has not been reviewed.
- Approved: You have reviewed and accepted the submission.
- Changes Requested: You have sent the form back to the family for corrections.
- In Progress: The family has started but not yet submitted the form.
Enable email notifications for new submissions so you can review them promptly and keep the enrollment process moving.
