Getting Started with the Parent App

The Neztio parent app shows you your child's day: check-ins, meals, naps, photos, messages from teachers, invoices and forms.

Setting Up Your Account

1. 1Your center sends you an invitation email. Open the link in it and choose a password (at least 8 characters, with a capital letter).
2. 2Download the app from the App Store or Google Play using the badges above.
3. 3Sign in with your email and that password. Turn on Biometric Login later under Settings to sign in with your face or fingerprint.
4. 4Your child appears on the Home screen as soon as the center has linked you. If you see Welcome to Neztio with no children, ask your center to send the enrollment invite.

The Tabs

• Home: your child's status today, Quick Actions (Check-in, Message, Note, Daily Report, Absence, Pickup, Billing, Calendar), your Balance Due, the Activity Timeline and Family & Care, where you find Children, Authorized pickups, Forms, Incidents and Events.
• Activity: photos, videos and moments your center shares. Like a photo, or save it to your phone.
• Messages: conversations with your child's teacher and the office.
• Updates: announcements from your center.
• Settings: notification preferences, Biometric Login, Change Password and Help & Support.
