Getting Started with the Parent App

The Neztio parent app keeps you connected to your child's day at the center. You can view daily activities, check your child in and out, message teachers, view invoices, and receive announcements, all from your phone.

Setting Up Your Account

1. 1Download the Neztio app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
2. 2Open the app and tap Create Account or use the invitation link from your center's email.
3. 3Enter your name, email address, and create a password.
4. 4Once your center links you as a guardian, your child's information will appear on your home screen.

Home Screen Overview

• Home tab: See your children's attendance status and quick actions (Check-In, Report Absence).
• Feed tab: View photos, notes, and activity updates from your child's teachers.
• Messages tab: Send and receive messages with your child's center.
• Announcements tab: Read center-wide announcements.
• Settings tab: Manage your profile, notifications, and preferences.
