Built-in Intelligence

Neztio now includes AI-assisted insights across your center's operations. Attendance patterns are analyzed to flag unusual absences or trends (Growth plan). AI messaging suggestions help you compose clear, professional messages to parents faster (Growth plan). AI director briefings give you a summary of your center's key metrics and action items (Growth plan).

Help Center

We launched a brand-new self-hosted help center with 34 articles covering every aspect of Neztio. All articles are available in both English and Spanish, with step-by-step guides, tips, and FAQs to help you get the most out of the platform.

CACFP Tracking

New CACFP meal tracking lets you log meals per child per day, manage eligibility status, and generate reimbursement claims. Track breakfast, AM snack, lunch, PM snack, and dinner with portion tracking (full, half, small).

Activity Log

A new Activity Log is now available under Business in the sidebar. Every enrollment, attendance, billing, staff, and settings change is automatically recorded with who made the change, what changed, and when. Filter by date range, area, staff member, or action type. Export to CSV for licensing audits and compliance reviews. Color-coded severity indicators help directors quickly spot important operational events.
