In this article

The Share Photos feature lets you share up to 20 photos or videos with an entire classroom in under 2 minutes. Instead of uploading one photo at a time per child, you select your files, pick a classroom, and share to all enrolled children at once. Parents receive a single notification and see the photos grouped as a moment card in their feed.

How to Share Photos

  1. 1Go to the Daily Timeline and switch to the Photos & Videos view.
  2. 2Click the "Share Photos" button.
  3. 3Select up to 20 photos or videos by dragging and dropping files or clicking Browse.
  4. 4Choose a classroom. All enrolled children are pre-selected.
  5. 5Optionally adjust which children to include by unchecking individual names.
  6. 6Add a caption (optional). You can use AI to generate one automatically.
  7. 7Review the summary showing the file count, classroom name, and number of children.
  8. 8Click "Share Photos" and wait for the upload to complete. You will see progress for each file.

File Requirements

  • Photos: PNG, JPEG, or WebP (max 15 MB each).
  • Videos: MP4, QuickTime, or WebM (max 100 MB, 60 seconds).
  • Maximum 20 files per batch.

What Parents See

Parents receive one notification per child, regardless of how many photos you share. In the parent app, the photos appear grouped together as a single "moment" card in their feed, not as individual posts. Parents can tap the card to browse through all the photos.

If some files fail to upload, click "Retry Failed" to re-attempt only the failed files. Successfully uploaded photos are not lost.
