Understanding Enrollment Funnel Analytics

Funnel analytics give you a clear picture of how leads move through your enrollment pipeline. You can see how many families are at each stage, conversion rates between stages, and where leads drop off.
Viewing Funnel Metrics
- 1Go to Enrollment > Leads.
- 2Click the Analytics tab at the top of the page.
- 3View the funnel chart showing lead counts at each stage.
- 4Check conversion rates between stages to identify where families drop off.
Key Metrics
- Total Leads: Number of leads created in the selected time period.
- Tour Rate: Percentage of contacted leads who schedule a tour.
- Enrollment Rate: Percentage of toured families who enroll.
- Average Time to Enroll: Days from first contact to enrollment.
- Lost Leads: Number and percentage of leads marked as lost.
Review your funnel analytics weekly to spot bottlenecks. A low tour-to-enrollment rate may mean your pricing or availability information needs updating.
