Managing Your Lead Pipeline

The lead pipeline in Neztio helps you organize and track prospective families as they move through your enrollment process. Each lead progresses through eight stages: Inquiry, Tour Scheduled, Tour Completed, Application Sent, Waitlist, Spot Offered, Enrolled, and Lost.

How the Pipeline Works

  1. 1Go to Enrollments > Leads in the left sidebar.
  2. 2Leads appear in a list with their stage, source, score and follow-up date. Stage chips at the top filter the list.
  3. 3Click a lead to open its details, then use Advance Stage to move it forward, or mark it Lost with a reason.
  4. 4Log calls, emails, tours and notes so the timeline shows every touchpoint.
  5. 5When a family enrolls, click Enroll Child on the lead. Neztio creates the child and enrollment and links the lead record to it.

Adding a Lead Manually

  1. 1Click Add Lead on the Leads page.
  2. 2Enter the parent's name, email, phone number, the child's name and age or date of birth, the source, and an optional tour date.
  3. 3Click Add Lead. The lead appears in the Inquiry stage (or Tour Scheduled if you set a tour date).

Use the notes field to record what the family is looking for and any scheduling preferences. This helps you personalize follow-ups.
