Public Inquiry Page and Tour Booking

Every center gets a public inquiry page at neztio.com/inquire/your-link-name. A parent fills in a short form, becomes a lead in your pipeline automatically, and can pick a tour time right away. Confirmations and reminders go out by email, and the lead moves through Inquiry, Tour Scheduled and Tour Completed without anyone retyping anything.
Set up your link
- 1Go to Enrollments > Inquiry & Tours.
- 2Choose a link name (for example little-sprouts). Your page becomes neztio.com/inquire/little-sprouts.
- 3Keep Accept inquiries on and save.
- 4Copy the link and put it on your website, your Google Business Profile and your social bios.
Let parents book a tour
- 1Under Tour times, add the days and times you give tours, how many families can join each slot and how long a tour lasts.
- 2Set the minimum notice, how far ahead parents can book, and any blackout dates (holidays, closures).
- 3Save. Parents pick a slot right after they submit the form, or from the link in their confirmation email.
- 4A booking sets the tour date and time on the lead and moves it to Tour Scheduled. The parent receives a confirmation with a calendar invite and can reschedule or cancel from the same link.
Families who call or walk in
Add the lead as usual, then open it and click Email tour link (or Copy tour link to text it yourself). The parent picks a slot on the page instead of negotiating times on the phone.
Automated emails
Confirmations (inquiry received, tour confirmed) are on by default. On Growth and Pro plans you can also turn on the follow-up sequence: a reminder the day before the tour, a thank-you the day after, a nudge three days after the tour if no application has started, and gentle nudges at 3 and 14 days for inquiries that never booked. Nothing sends between 8 PM and 8 AM your local time, every email is logged on the lead as Auto, and parents can unsubscribe with one click. You can set a reply-to address, an application link for the post-tour email, and edit every template in English and Spanish.
Automatic pipeline moves
Tours are marked completed two hours after they start (you can change this). If a family did not show up, open the lead and click Tour didn't happen to reopen scheduling. Assigning an enrollment packet or tuition agreement to the family moves the lead to Application Sent. Enrolling is always your decision: click Enroll Child on the lead.
See the results
Enrollments > Analytics shows the Enrollment ROI card: how many inquiries turned into tours and enrollments this period, the annualized tuition of those enrollments, and, if you enter monthly marketing spend per source under Inquiry & Tours, your cost per enrollment.
The public page and tour booking work on every plan. The automated follow-up sequence and the ROI card require Growth or Pro.
