Bulk Importing Leads

If you have a list of prospective families from a waitlist, marketing campaign, or another system, you can import them into Neztio in bulk using a CSV file.

Preparing Your CSV File

  • Required columns: Parent First Name, Parent Last Name, Email
  • Optional columns: Phone, Child First Name, Child Last Name, Child Date of Birth, Program, Notes
  • Save the file as a .csv (comma-separated values) format.

Importing Leads

  1. 1Go to Enrollment > Leads.
  2. 2Click the Import button.
  3. 3Select your CSV file.
  4. 4Map your CSV columns to Neztio fields.
  5. 5Review the preview to verify data looks correct.
  6. 6Click Import to add the leads.

Duplicate leads are detected by email address. If a lead with the same email already exists, the import will skip that row and flag it for your review.
