Neztio supports bulk data import for children and families from CSV files. The import tool auto-detects your source vendor and provides smart column mapping to get your data into Neztio quickly.
How to Import
- 1Go to the Import section from the left sidebar.
- 2Upload a CSV file (up to 5 MB, 500 rows maximum).
- 3Neztio auto-detects the source vendor: Brightwheel, Procare, HiMama, Kangarootime, Sandbox, or Other.
- 4Review the smart column mapping. Each column shows a confidence score: vendor match, high, medium, manual, or unmatched.
- 5Adjust any mappings that need correction.
- 6Preview the data with validation to check for errors.
- 7Click Import to create the records.
Mapped Fields
- Child first name and last name
- Date of birth
- Room name (classroom assignment)
- Guardian name, email, and phone
- Allergies
- Notes
Import Results
After the import completes, Neztio shows the results with success and failure counts for each record. If something went wrong, you can use the rollback option to undo the import.
Run a test import with a small file first to make sure your columns map correctly before uploading your full enrollment list.
CSV files must use UTF-8 encoding. The maximum file size is 5 MB with up to 500 rows. For data exports, see the Exporting Data article.
