Enroll Children

Enrollment is how you add children to your center in Neztio. Each child record includes their personal information, guardian contacts, classroom assignment, and enrollment status.

Adding a New Child

  1. 1Go to Enrollment in the left sidebar.
  2. 2Click Enroll Child.
  3. 3Enter the child's first name, last name, and date of birth.
  4. 4Select the classroom they will be placed in.
  5. 5Add any allergies, medical notes, or special instructions.
  6. 6Click Save.

Linking Guardians

Every child needs at least one guardian linked to their profile. Guardians are the parents or legal caregivers who receive updates, make payments, and can check children in and out.

  1. 1Open the child's profile.
  2. 2Go to the Guardians tab.
  3. 3Click Add Guardian and enter their name, email, and phone number.
  4. 4The guardian will receive an email to download the Neztio parent app and create their account.

You can link multiple guardians to a single child. Each guardian gets their own app login and can independently view updates and make payments.

Enrollment Status

  • Active: The child is currently enrolled and attending.
  • Pending: Enrollment has been started but not finalized.
  • Withdrawn: The child is no longer attending the center.

Withdrawing a child removes them from the active classroom roster and stops future billing. This action can be reversed by re-enrolling the child.
