Add Classrooms

Classrooms are where children and staff are organized. Each room has a capacity, a ratio and a roster, and the Dashboard's ratio checks are built from them.

Creating a Classroom

1. 1Go to Classrooms in the left sidebar (under Settings).
2. 2Click Add room.
3. 3Enter the room name, for example Butterflies or Toddler Room A.
4. 4Set the Capacity (the most children the room may hold) and the Ratio, for example 1:4. The ratio is checked against the staff assigned to the room.
5. 5Save.

Assigning Staff

Select the room and click Assign staff. Choose each staff member who works in it. Ratios on the Dashboard count only the staff assigned here.

Accepted Programs

Under Accepted programs, choose which programs (from Pricing) can be placed in this room. Age eligibility comes from the program. With no programs selected, any enrolled child can be assigned.

Managing Children

Use Move to... on a child to move them to another room; Neztio warns if the move would exceed the new room's capacity. Unassigned children are listed so you can place them. Delete room removes the room and its roster entries; the children's profiles are kept and they become unassigned.
