Create Your Center

Your center profile is the foundation of your Neztio account. It stores your center's name, contact information, timezone, and business hours. This information is used across the platform for attendance tracking and parent communications.

Getting Started

Sign up for a trial at care.neztio.com. Once logged in, go to Settings to configure your center profile.

Setting Up Your Center Profile

1. 1Log in to the Neztio admin portal at care.neztio.com.
2. 2Go to Settings > Center Profile.
3. 3Enter your center's name and phone number.
4. 4Select your state.
5. 5Choose your timezone. Neztio provides US presets (Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific) as well as the full IANA timezone list.
6. 6Click Save to update your profile.

Business Hours

Set your center's daily open time and close time. These hours are used for attendance tracking and are displayed to parents in the app.

1. 1Go to Settings > Center Profile.
2. 2Find the Business Hours section.
3. 3Set your open time and close time.
4. 4Click Save.
