Exporting Data

In this article
Exports live next to the data they come from rather than on one page. Here is where to look.
Reports
Reports in the left sidebar: Attendance Log, Ratio Report, Incident Log, Pickup Authorization and Staff Coverage Report, each as PDF or CSV, plus the Inspection Packet. The Subsidy tab exports attendance for subsidized children.
Billing
- Billing, Reports & Analytics tab: Quick Exports for Invoices, Payments, Outstanding Balances and a Family Payment Summary, plus Build Custom Report.
- Any invoice: Generate invoice PDF from the invoice list.
- Billing, Payments tab: Tax statements per family, downloadable or emailed to all families at once.
Settings
- Settings, Data exports: download Attendance or Timeline data for a date range.
- Activity Log: Export CSV of whatever the current filters show. Center admins only.
Other Sections
- Enrollment, Leads: export the lead list.
- Staff, Payroll: export hours for your payroll provider; see Payroll Export.
CSV opens in any spreadsheet and imports into accounting software. Use PDF when a person will read it: an inspector, an accountant or a family.
