Billing Reports & Data

Billing keeps its own numbers. There is no separate billing report page to hunt for; the figures are on the Billing page itself and in its Reports & Analytics tab. Billing is included in the Growth plan and higher.

The Cards at the Top

• Monthly revenue: payments collected this month.
• Outstanding: unpaid invoices and their total.
• At risk: invoices that are overdue.
• On-time rate: the share of invoices paid by their due date in the last 30 days.

Each Family's History

The Families tab lists every family with its balance, autopay status and whether split billing is on. Open a family to see its invoices, payments (online through Stripe or recorded by hand as check, cash or bank transfer), payment method on file and billing notes.

Invoice Statuses

• Draft: created, not yet sent.
• Open: sent and awaiting payment; Overdue once the due date passes.
• Partial: part of the balance paid.
• Paid: paid in full.
• Void: cancelled before payment.
• Disputed or Written off: see Handling Payment Disputes and Writing Off Uncollectible Invoices.

Recording a Payment Made Outside Neztio

1. 1Open the invoice from the Invoices tab.
2. 2Click Mark as paid.
3. 3Choose the Payment method, add a Note if you like, and Confirm. The invoice moves to Paid and the family's balance updates.

Reports & Analytics

For revenue by period, accounts receivable aging, collection rate, payment methods, quick exports and custom reports, open the Reports & Analytics tab. See Billing Reports.

Auto-Billing

With Auto-Billing on, invoices are created on your schedule and held as drafts for you: Review draft invoices, then Approve & Send All. You can pause automatic billing at any time from the Billing page.
