Notifications
Tap Notifications to choose what reaches your phone: Messages from teachers, Announcements, Attendance alerts (absent or late), and Check-in/out confirmations.
Signing In Faster
Turn on Biometric Login to sign in with your fingerprint or face instead of typing your password.
Password
Tap Change Password. Neztio emails you a reset link; open it and choose a new password. If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen instead.
Help and Account
- Help & Support, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are under Support.
- Sign Out signs you out on this phone only.
- Delete Account permanently removes your account and cannot be undone. Your child's records at the center are not affected.
Your name, email and phone number are managed by your center. If any of them change, tell the front desk so invoices and messages keep reaching you.
