Viewing Incident Reports

When something happens at the center, the staff write it up. The report appears in your app, in Incidents and on your child's day, only after the center has marked that you were told, so you always hear it from a person first. The app does not send you an email or a notification about it.

Finding a Report

1. 1Open Home and scroll to Family & Care.
2. 2Tap Incidents. Incident Reports lists each report shared with you, newest first.
3. 3Tap a report to read it.

What a Report Contains

• The type: Injury, Illness, Behavioral, Medication Error, Safety Hazard or Other.
• The severity: Minor, Moderate or Serious.
• When it occurred, the Description and the Actions Taken.
• Who reported it.
