In this article

If your child has a minor incident at the center, such as a bump, scrape, or fall, the teacher documents it and you receive a notification through the parent app. You can review the full incident report with details about what happened and how it was handled.

How Incident Notifications Work

  1. 1When an incident is logged, you receive a push notification.
  2. 2Tap the notification to open the incident report.
  3. 3Review the details: what happened, when, where, and what action was taken.
  4. 4If you have questions, message the center directly from the report.

What the Report Includes

  • Date and time of the incident.
  • Description of what happened.
  • Location within the center.
  • Action taken by staff (first aid, comfort, etc.).
  • Name of the staff member who documented the incident.

Incident reports are kept as part of your child's records. You can view past incidents at any time from your child's profile in the app.
