Ratio compliance reports show whether your center maintained the required staff-to-child ratios throughout the day. These reports are essential for licensing audits and help you identify times when ratios were close to or over the limit.
Generating a Report
- 1Go to Reports > Ratio Compliance.
- 2Select the date range.
- 3Choose a specific classroom or view all classrooms.
- 4Click Generate. The report shows ratio data at regular intervals throughout each day.
- 5Review any flagged periods where ratios were out of compliance.
Understanding the Report
- Green: Ratios were within compliance for the entire period.
- Yellow: Ratios were close to the limit (within one child of the threshold).
- Red: Ratios exceeded the allowed limit during this period.
Run ratio compliance reports monthly and keep them on file. Many licensing agencies require you to demonstrate ongoing ratio compliance during inspections.
