Setting Up Split Billing with Agencies

Many families receive childcare subsidies from government agencies. Neztio supports split billing, where part of the tuition is billed to the subsidy agency and the remainder is billed to the family.
Setting Up Agency Billing
- 1Go to Billing > Agencies.
- 2Click Add Agency and enter the agency name, contact information, and billing details.
- 3Open the child's tuition agreement.
- 4Enable split billing and select the agency.
- 5Enter the agency-covered amount or percentage.
- 6The remaining balance will be billed to the family.
How Split Invoices Work
When an invoice is generated for a child with split billing, Neztio creates two line items: one for the agency portion and one for the family portion. You can track agency payments separately and follow up on unpaid agency balances.
Keep your agency contacts and billing rates up to date. Subsidy rates can change at the start of each fiscal year.
