Your account settings control how you log in, receive notifications, and display times. Keeping these up to date ensures you never miss important alerts.

Change Your Email or Password

  1. 1Go to Settings > Account.
  2. 2To change your email, enter your new email address and click Update Email. You will receive a verification link.
  3. 3To change your password, click Change Password, enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
  4. 4Click Save.

Notification Preferences

  1. 1Go to Settings > Notifications.
  2. 2Toggle email notifications on or off for each notification type (attendance alerts, billing reminders, parent messages, announcements).
  3. 3Toggle push notifications on or off for each type.
  4. 4Click Save to apply your preferences.

Enable push notifications for ratio alerts and attendance events. These time-sensitive notifications help you respond quickly to compliance and safety situations.
