Daily sheets provide a batch entry view that lets you log meals, naps, diaper changes, and activities for all children in a classroom at once, instead of updating each child individually.
Accessing Daily Sheets
- 1Go to your classroom from the left sidebar.
- 2Click the Daily Sheets tab.
- 3Select the category you want to log (Meals, Naps, Diapers, or Activities).
- 4You will see a grid with all children in the classroom listed.
Logging Entries
- 1Click on a cell in the grid to log an entry for that child.
- 2Enter the details (meal type, nap duration, etc.).
- 3Move to the next child. Your entries save automatically.
- 4All logged entries are posted to the activity feed and visible to parents.
Daily sheets are especially efficient during meal times. Log everyone's meal at once instead of creating individual posts for each child.
