Creating and Managing Lesson Plans

Lesson plans help teachers organize their weekly curriculum and daily activities. You can create plans for each classroom, assign activities to specific days, and share plans with your team.

Creating a Lesson Plan

1. 1Go to Classrooms and select your classroom.
2. 2Click the Lesson Plans tab.
3. 3Click Create Plan and select the week.
4. 4Add activities for each day. Include the activity name, description, materials needed, and developmental domain.
5. 5Click Save.

Organizing Activities

• Group activities by time of day (morning circle, free play, afternoon).
• Tag activities with developmental domains (Language, Math, Science, Art, Motor).
• Reuse activities from previous weeks by copying a plan.
• Add notes for substitute teachers or assistants.
