Progress reports compile a child's assessment data into a clean, shareable document that families can review. Reports show milestone ratings, teacher observations, and growth trends across developmental domains.
Generating a Progress Report
- 1Open the child's profile and go to the Assessments tab.
- 2Click Generate Report.
- 3Select the assessment period to include.
- 4Review the generated report. You can add a personal message or summary.
- 5Click Share to send the report to the child's guardians via the parent app.
What the Report Includes
- Child's name, classroom, and age at time of assessment.
- Ratings for each developmental milestone grouped by domain.
- Teacher observations and notes.
- Comparison with previous assessment periods to show growth.
Share progress reports during parent-teacher conferences to give families a comprehensive view of their child's development.
