Generating and Sharing Progress Reports

Progress reports compile a child's assessment data into a clean, shareable document that families can review. Reports show milestone ratings, teacher observations, and growth trends across developmental domains.

Generating a Progress Report

1. 1Open the child's profile and go to the Assessments tab.
2. 2Click Generate Report.
3. 3Select the assessment period to include.
4. 4Review the generated report. You can add a personal message or summary.
5. 5Click Share to send the report to the child's guardians via the parent app.

What the Report Includes

• Child's name, classroom, and age at time of assessment.
• Ratings for each developmental milestone grouped by domain.
• Teacher observations and notes.
• Comparison with previous assessment periods to show growth.
