Progress Reports for Families

A progress report turns the observations you logged into a document a family can read and keep. Go to Curriculum in the left sidebar, open the Assessments tab, then the Reports tab.

Generating a Report

1. 1Find the child. Children whose assessment is complete but have no report yet show Start Report.
2. 2Click Generate Report. Neztio builds a PDF from the milestone ratings and observation notes for the period.
3. 3When it says Report generated, click View to read it.

Sharing It

1. 1Click Share. The report appears in the parent app for every guardian linked to the child.
2. 2The status changes to Shared with family, then Viewed by family when a parent opens it, and Family acknowledged when they confirm they have read it.

What the Report Includes

• The child's name, classroom and the assessment period.
• Each domain with its milestones and rating.
• The observation notes teachers added.
• Who prepared and certified it, and the date.

Progress reports are available on every plan. They are written from your observations; no AI is involved.
