Classroom Dashboard

The classroom dashboard gives you a live view of what is happening in each room. You can see which children are checked in, who is absent, current staff-to-child ratios, and more.
Accessing the Dashboard
- 1Click Classrooms in the left sidebar.
- 2Select the classroom you want to view.
- 3The dashboard opens with today's real-time data.
What You See
- Present count: How many children are currently checked in.
- Absent count: How many enrolled children have not arrived.
- Staff on duty: Which teachers are assigned and present.
- Ratio indicator: Current staff-to-child ratio with a green, yellow, or red status.
- Child list: Each child's name, status (present, absent, checked out), and check-in time.
Quick Actions
From the dashboard, you can check children in or out, send a message to a parent, or view a child's profile. Click on any child's name to see their full details.
Keep the classroom dashboard open on a tablet in each room. It updates in real time, so staff always know the current headcount without refreshing.
The dashboard refreshes automatically every few seconds. You never need to manually reload the page.
