Viewing Invoices and Making Payments

The Neztio parent app makes it easy to view your invoices and make payments. Your center sends invoices through Neztio, and you can pay directly from the app using a saved payment method.

Viewing Your Invoices

  1. 1Open the Neztio parent app.
  2. 2Go to the Billing section from the home screen or settings.
  3. 3View your list of invoices. Each shows the amount, due date, and status (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue).
  4. 4Tap an invoice to see the full breakdown of charges.

Making a Payment

  1. 1Tap the Pay button on an unpaid invoice.
  2. 2Select your payment method or add a new one.
  3. 3Confirm the payment amount.
  4. 4Tap Pay Now. You will receive a confirmation receipt.

Ask your center about autopay to have your tuition charged automatically each billing cycle. This ensures you never miss a due date.
