Messaging Your Child's Teacher

Messages in the app go straight to the people at your center who can help, and they see which child you are writing about.

Starting a Conversation

1. 1Open the Messages tab and tap New message.
2. 2Under What can we help you with?, pick who it is for: Message my child's teacher, Message the office, Billing question, Enrollment & forms, or Safety, pickup or health.
3. 3Choose which child it is about, type your message and tap Send.

A Quick Note for Today

For something the teacher needs today, such as a jacket reminder or an early pickup, tap Note under Quick Actions on Home. It goes to your child's teachers without starting a longer conversation.

Replies and Read Receipts

• You get a notification when someone replies, and the Messages tab shows how many are unread.
• Under your message, Read means the center has seen it.
• Turn Messages from teachers on or off under Settings, Notifications.
