Messaging Your Child's Teacher

The Messages tab in the parent app lets you communicate directly with your child's center. You can send messages, share photos, and receive replies from teachers and administrators.

Sending a Message

  1. 1Open the Neztio parent app and go to the Messages tab.
  2. 2Tap on an existing conversation or start a new one.
  3. 3Type your message and tap Send.
  4. 4You can also attach a photo by tapping the camera icon.

Message Notifications

When the center replies, you receive a push notification (if enabled). Unread messages show a badge on the Messages tab. Tap the notification to go directly to the conversation.

Use messaging for non-urgent communications. For emergencies, always call the center directly.
