Announcements are one-to-many messages broadcast to all families at your center. Use them for closures, events, policy updates, and other important information.
Creating an Announcement
- 1Go to Announcements in the left sidebar.
- 2Click New Announcement.
- 3Write your announcement title and body.
- 4Click Send to publish immediately.
AI-Powered Rewriting
On the Growth plan, you can use AI-powered rewriting to polish your announcement text. This helps you compose clear, professional messages quickly.
Managing Announcements
You can edit and delete announcements after they are sent. Open the announcement detail view to make changes or remove it. The detail view also shows read receipts so you can see which parents have viewed the announcement.
Send closure announcements at least one week in advance. Parents appreciate early notice to make alternative arrangements.
Who Sees Announcements
Announcements are sent to all families at the center. Parents see announcements in the Announcements tab of the Neztio app and receive a push notification when a new announcement is posted.
