Here is what landed in Neztio this month, aimed at making your numbers more trustworthy, your assistant more useful, and attendance gaps easier to clear.
A more helpful AI assistant
Ask the assistant operational questions and get real numbers back: how attendance trended this week, how many meals you served today, or how autopay adoption is going. Ask who is overdue and it can take you straight to the filtered list of overdue invoices. It also stays grounded, pointing you to where a feature actually lives instead of guessing.
Attendance Integrity
A new cleanup queue under Compliance gathers attendance gaps, mostly children who were checked in but never checked out, grouped by how urgent they are. If a fix would stop a meal from counting toward CACFP, you get a heads-up before you save.
Clearer billing
- Monthly revenue on the Billing page now always reflects the current calendar month and rolls over cleanly at the start of a new one.
- Disputed invoices surface on your dashboard, in the invoice timeline, and as a quiet reminder when you message a family with an open dispute.
Smaller fixes
- Attendance now shows the right status for every scheduled child, and the Dashboard and Attendance views stay in sync.
- The activity timeline surfaces every logged activity, including multi-child entries attributed to each child.
