The Neztio AI Assistant is a chatbot built into the admin portal that can answer questions about your center's data. It understands your enrollment, attendance, billing, and staffing information and can help you find answers quickly without navigating through multiple pages.
Opening the AI Assistant
- 1Click the AI Assistant icon in the bottom-right corner of any page in the admin portal.
- 2Type your question in natural language.
- 3The assistant responds with data from your center. For example: "How many children are enrolled?" or "What is today's attendance count?"
What You Can Ask
- Enrollment: "How many children are in the Butterflies room?"
- Attendance: "Who hasn't been checked in today?"
- Billing: "How much revenue was collected this month?"
- Staff: "Which staff members are clocked in right now?"
- General: "What are my center's business hours?"
The AI assistant uses your center's real data. Responses are based on your actual records, not generic information.
