The Morning briefing card on the Dashboard reads your center's live data and writes a few lines about what needs attention today. It is written once a day and kept, so opening the Dashboard again does not use another AI request.
What It Covers
- Staffing gaps and ratio risks.
- Children checked in.
- Overdue invoices and billing alerts.
- Enrollment activity.
Using It
- 1Open the Dashboard. The Morning briefing card shows Start your day with a quick center summary.
- 2Click Generate briefing. After a moment the summary appears as a short list.
- 3Later in the day, use Refresh AI summary on the card if you want it rewritten from current data.
Weekly Email
In Settings, under AI features, the Daily briefing switch also controls a weekly summary emailed to the center admin on Sunday evening.
The briefing is included in the Growth plan and higher: 45 briefings a month on Growth and 90 on Pro. If Daily briefing is switched off under Settings, AI features, the card says so and tells you where to turn it back on. Below Growth, the card offers the upgrade instead.

Using the AI Assistant
