Polishing Messages with AI

When you write a message to a parent, Polish message asks AI to rewrite your draft for clarity and a professional tone. Nothing is sent until you send it.
How to Polish a Message
- 1Go to Messages in the left sidebar and open a conversation.
- 2Write your message.
- 3Click Polish message.
- 4Read the suggested version. Click Replace to use it, or Keep original to keep what you wrote.
- 5Edit the message if you want, then click Send.
Good to Know
- Polish message is available when AI message help is turned on for your center. An admin controls this in Settings, under AI.
- The button is active once you have typed something.
- You stay in control: the suggestion never replaces your text or sends on its own.
Always read the suggested version before you use it. AI keeps the meaning of your message, but you know the family and the situation.
