When an inspector arrives, you rarely have time to run five reports. The Inspection Packet puts what a licensing visit needs into one PDF. It is included in the Growth plan and higher, and center admins and managers can make it.
Generating a Packet
- 1Go to Staff in the left sidebar and open the Credentials tab. From Reports, you can also click Open inspection packet.
- 2On the Inspection Ready card, click Generate Inspection Packet.
- 3Wait while it says Generating packet..., then click View Packet to open the PDF.
- 4To make a fresh one later, click Generate new. Your last packet and Earlier packets stay listed on the card, each with View.
What Is Included
- Each room's current ratio.
- Staff on duty, with their credentials.
- Today's attendance.
- Pickup authorizations for each child.
- Credential status for your staff.
- Incidents from the last 30 days.
What Is Not Included
Reports for a past date range, such as the Attendance Log or Ratio Report for last month, are on the Reports page; Generate all reports makes every report your plan includes in one click. CACFP meal counts and menus are under Meals. Emergency contacts are under Enrollments, Emergency tab. Have those open in a second window during a visit.
Generate a packet at the end of each quarter and file the PDF. If a record is missing, you find out then, not with an inspector in the room.
