Credential Renewals

Every night Neztio compares each credential's expiry date with today's date and updates its status. You do not have to track dates yourself.

The Three Statuses

  • Current: the expiry date is more than 30 days away, or the credential does not expire.
  • Expiring soon: the expiry date is within the next 30 days. Time to book the renewal class.
  • Expired: the expiry date has passed. The credential no longer counts toward compliance.

Recording a Renewal

  1. 1Go to Staff, Credentials tab, and filter to Issues only.
  2. 2Click the credential and choose Edit.
  3. 3Enter the new issued date and the new expiry date from the renewed certificate, and update the certificate number if it changed.
  4. 4Save. The status returns to Current.

Ask staff to check My Info, My Credentials once a month. They see the same expiry dates you do.

Neztio shows the status; it does not remind the staff member by email. Make the Expiring soon filter part of your monthly routine.
