Neztio automatically monitors credential expiration dates and sends alerts when renewals are due. This keeps your center in compliance and avoids last-minute scrambles before inspections.

How Renewal Alerts Work

The system checks all active credentials daily. When a credential is within 90 days of expiring, it is flagged as upcoming. Within 30 days, it moves to urgent status. Expired credentials are marked in red and appear at the top of the dashboard.

Alert Timeline

  • 90 days before expiry: Upcoming status, yellow indicator on the credentials dashboard.
  • 30 days before expiry: Urgent status, orange indicator, email notification sent to the staff member and their admin.
  • Expired: Red indicator, the credential is marked as non-compliant.

Resolving an Expiring Credential

  1. 1Open the credential with the renewal alert.
  2. 2Click Renew Credential.
  3. 3Update the new issue date and expiration date.
  4. 4Upload the renewed certificate or document.
  5. 5Click Save. The alert is cleared and the credential status returns to active.

Use the Credentials Dashboard under Staff to see a center-wide view of all upcoming, urgent, and expired credentials in one place.

Expired credentials may affect your licensing compliance. Address renewal alerts promptly to avoid gaps in coverage during inspections.
