Staff Credentials

Neztio helps you keep track of every credential your staff members need to maintain. From CPR certifications to background checks and teaching licenses, the credentials tracker ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

Adding a Credential

  1. 1Go to Staff and select the staff member's profile.
  2. 2Click the Credentials tab.
  3. 3Click Add Credential.
  4. 4Select the credential type (CPR, First Aid, Background Check, Teaching Certificate, or Custom).
  5. 5Enter the issue date and expiration date.
  6. 6Upload a copy of the document (PDF or image).
  7. 7Click Save.

Credential Types

  • CPR Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation training, typically renewed every two years.
  • First Aid: Basic first aid training, often bundled with CPR.
  • Background Check: Criminal background clearance required by your state.
  • Teaching Certificate: State-issued early childhood education credentials.
  • Custom: Any other credential your center requires.

Uploading Documents

Each credential record supports a file upload so you can store digital copies of certificates and clearances. Accepted formats include PDF, JPG, and PNG. Files are stored securely and accessible only to admins.

Set up credential types that match your state's licensing requirements. This makes it easy to run a compliance check before inspections.
