Generating an AI Summary
- 1Open a child's profile and go to the Assessments tab.
- 2Click Generate Report.
- 3Toggle on the AI Summary option.
- 4The AI reads the child's milestone ratings and teacher notes to create a narrative summary for each developmental domain.
- 5Review and edit the generated text as needed.
- 6Share the report with the child's guardians.
What the AI Uses
- Current assessment milestone ratings.
- Teacher observations and notes from the assessment.
- Comparison with previous assessment periods to highlight growth.
- The child's age and developmental expectations.
The AI-generated summary is a starting point. Always review and personalize it before sharing with families. Add specific anecdotes or observations that the AI may not have captured.
