AI Daily Report Cards

At the end of the day, a teacher can have Neztio write a short report card for each child from what was logged: meals, naps, activities and notes. The teacher reads it, changes anything, and sends it. Nothing goes to a family unread.

Generating a Report Card

  1. 1Go to Daily Timeline in the left sidebar and select the classroom.
  2. 2Open the three-dot menu at the top right and choose AI Daily Report.
  3. 3Pick a checked-in child. The draft appears in an editable box under Daily Report Card.
  4. 4Edit the text as you like, or click Regenerate for a fresh draft.
  5. 5Click Send to parents. The family sees it in the parent app.

Before It Works

  • Report drafts & daily stories must be on under Settings, AI features.
  • Each child's family must have allowed AI for that child under Family AI permissions on the child's profile. Without it, the draft is refused for that child. See Turning AI Features On and Off.
  • The child must be checked in today.

Log a note or two during the day. The draft can only describe what was recorded, and one specific detail is what parents remember.

Daily report cards are available on every plan, with a monthly allowance that grows with the plan.
