Neztio uses Stripe Connect to process payments securely. Parents can pay by credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer directly from the app. Funds are deposited into your connected bank account.
Connecting Stripe
- 1Go to Settings > Payments.
- 2Click Connect with Stripe.
- 3Follow the Stripe onboarding flow to verify your identity and link your bank account.
- 4Once approved, you are ready to accept payments.
Accepted Payment Types
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
- ACH bank transfers: Lower fees, but takes 3-5 business days to settle.
- The parent chooses their preferred method in the app.
Deposits and Payouts
Stripe deposits funds into your bank account on a rolling basis. Card payments typically arrive in 2 business days. ACH payments take 5-7 business days. You can view deposit history in Settings > Payments > Payouts.
Encourage parents to use ACH payments. The processing fees are significantly lower than credit card fees, saving your center money.
Stripe requires identity verification before you can receive payouts. Complete the onboarding process fully to avoid delays in receiving funds.
