Tuition Agreements

A tuition agreement puts the billing arrangement in writing and collects the family's electronic signature. It shows the program, the tuition option and amount, how often it is billed, the effective date and your policies.

Sending an Agreement

1. 1Go to Billing in the left sidebar and open the Agreements tab.
2. 2Click Create Agreement.
3. 3Search for and select the child, or several children at once. The Program and Tuition option are filled in from each enrollment; change them if needed.
4. 4Set the Effective Date and, optionally, a Sign By date.
5. 5Click Create Agreement. The family sees the agreement in the parent app, reads it, and signs on their phone.

Following Up

• Pending: sent, not yet opened.
• In Progress: the family has started but not finished.
• Submitted and Signed: the family has signed. Open the agreement to see who signed, when, and from which device.
• The Agreements tab lists every agreement with its status, so you can see at a glance who still needs to sign.

After signing, the parent app offers the family the option to set up automatic payments right away.
