Tuition agreements formalize the billing arrangement between your center and each family. An agreement specifies the tuition rate, billing frequency, start date, and any discounts or additional fees.

Creating an Agreement

  1. 1Go to Billing > Tuition Agreements.
  2. 2Click Create Agreement.
  3. 3Select the child and guardian.
  4. 4Choose the tuition plan (set up in Billing > Plans).
  5. 5Set the start date and billing frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
  6. 6Apply any discounts (sibling, employee, etc.).
  7. 7Click Save Agreement.

Agreement Details

  • Tuition rate and billing frequency.
  • Start and optional end date.
  • Applied discounts or surcharges.
  • Linked payment method (if autopay is enabled).
  • History of invoices generated from this agreement.

Create tuition agreements as part of the enrollment process so billing starts automatically when the child begins attending.
