Enabling Autopay for Families

Autopay automatically charges a family's saved payment method when an invoice is generated. This reduces late payments and saves you from manually following up on unpaid invoices.
How Autopay Works
When autopay is enabled on a tuition agreement, Neztio automatically attempts to charge the family's saved payment method on the invoice due date. If the payment succeeds, the invoice is marked as paid. If it fails, the family and admin are notified.
Enabling Autopay
- 1Open the family's tuition agreement in Billing > Tuition Agreements.
- 2Toggle on Autopay.
- 3Verify that the family has a payment method on file.
- 4Click Save. Future invoices will be charged automatically.
Failed Payments
If an autopay charge fails (declined card, insufficient funds), Neztio notifies both the parent and center admin. The invoice remains unpaid until the family updates their payment method or pays manually.
Encourage families to enable autopay during enrollment. It is the best way to ensure consistent, on-time payments.
