Organization Dashboard for Multiple Centers

If you run more than one center, the Multi-Center Dashboard brings them together on one screen so you can see where attention is needed without opening each center in turn.
Opening the Dashboard
- 1Use the center switcher at the top of the left sidebar.
- 2Choose All Centers.
- 3The Multi-Center Dashboard opens. Pick a single center from the same switcher to go back to that center's own dashboard.
What You See
- Summary cards across the top: Centers, Children, Staff, and MRR (monthly recurring revenue), with the change this month and compared with last month.
- Alerts: ratio violations, overdue invoices, expiring credentials, and churn risk, grouped by how urgent they are.
- Center Comparison: one row per center with Enrolled, Capacity, Utilization, Attendance, MRR, Overdue, Payment Rate, and Ratio. Click a column heading to sort.
- Reports: run a Revenue Summary, Attendance Summary, or Enrollment Summary across all centers and download the result.
How Current the Numbers Are
The dashboard refreshes every 15 minutes and shows the time it was last updated. Click Refresh to pull the latest numbers. If a banner says the data may be outdated, the last refresh has not completed yet.
Start your day with the Alerts section, then use the Center Comparison table sorted by Ratio or Overdue to see which center needs a call first.
