If your center works with subsidy agencies, you may need to submit regular reports showing attendance and billing data for subsidized children. Neztio can export this data in formats compatible with common agency requirements.
Exporting Data
- 1Go to Reports > Subsidy Export.
- 2Select the agency.
- 3Set the date range for the reporting period.
- 4Click Generate Export.
- 5Review the data: child names, attendance days, hours, and billed amounts.
- 6Click Download to save the file in the agency's required format (CSV or Excel).
What the Export Includes
- Child name and enrollment ID.
- Daily attendance records (check-in and check-out times).
- Total hours attended per day and per week.
- Billed amount for the reporting period.
- Agency-covered portion and family copay.
Verify attendance data before exporting. Missing check-outs or incomplete records can cause your subsidy report to be rejected.
