Staff Self-Service Portal

The My Info portal is your personal dashboard in Neztio. It gives every staff member a single place to view their schedule, track their hours, check credential statuses, and manage PTO requests without needing to ask an admin.

What You Can See

• Your published schedule for the current and upcoming weeks.
• Daily and weekly hours worked with clock-in and clock-out times.
• Your credential statuses including upcoming renewals.
• PTO balances and request history.
• Personal profile information and contact details.

Accessing My Info

1. 1Click My Info in the left sidebar.
2. 2Your dashboard opens with a summary of your schedule, hours, and PTO balance.
3. 3Use the tabs to navigate between Schedule, Time Entries, Credentials, and PTO.

Actions You Can Take

• Clock in and clock out from the Time Entries tab.
• Submit a PTO request from the PTO tab.
• View and download your own credential documents.
• Update your contact information and emergency contacts.
