The timesheet management view gives administrators a consolidated look at all staff hours for a selected date range. Review entries, make corrections, and approve timesheets before exporting to payroll.
Viewing Timesheets
- 1Navigate to Staff > Timesheets in the left sidebar.
- 2Select the date range you want to review using the date picker.
- 3Optionally filter by specific staff member or classroom.
- 4The timesheet table shows daily hours, total hours, and status for each person.
Editing Timesheet Entries
If a staff member forgot to clock out or recorded incorrect times, you can edit their entries directly from the timesheet view. Every edit requires a reason and is permanently logged in the audit trail.
- 1Click on the time entry you want to correct.
- 2Modify the clock-in or clock-out time.
- 3Enter a reason for the change.
- 4Click Save. The original and updated values are both preserved in the audit log.
Approving Timesheets
Once you have reviewed all entries for the pay period, approve each staff member's timesheet. Approved timesheets are locked from further edits unless an admin unlocks them.
Review timesheets at least two days before your payroll deadline. This gives you time to follow up on missing clock-outs or discrepancies.
Approved timesheets cannot be edited without first unlocking them. Only admins with payroll permissions can unlock an approved timesheet.
