Switching to Neztio: Overview

Switching childcare management platforms can feel overwhelming, but Neztio makes the transition smooth. This guide walks you through the process from start to finish, regardless of which platform you are coming from.

Before You Start

  • Export all data from your current system (children, families, billing history, attendance records)
  • Gather email addresses for all staff members who will need Neztio accounts
  • Notify parents about the upcoming change and the expected timeline
  • Schedule a training session for staff before go-live

Migration Steps

  1. 1Create your Neztio account and set up your center profile.
  2. 2Import center and classroom data (names, age ranges, capacities).
  3. 3Import children and families using the CSV import tool.
  4. 4Invite staff members by email. They receive a link to set up their accounts.
  5. 5Connect payment processing through Stripe in Settings > Billing.
  6. 6Run both systems in parallel for one week to verify data accuracy.
  7. 7Go live on Neztio and deactivate your old platform.
