Switching to Neztio is seamless. Our self-serve import tool auto-detects your data format, maps columns instantly, and brings your entire center online in minutes, not days. No phone calls, no support tickets, no waiting for a migration team.

How It Works

1. 1Export a CSV from your current platform (Brightwheel, Procare, HiMama, Sandbox, or any system with CSV export).
2. 2Sign up for a free Neztio trial. No credit card required.
3. 3Go to Settings > Import and upload your CSV file.
4. 4Neztio auto-detects your provider and maps all columns instantly. Our 7-layer matching engine recognizes 50+ column name variations.
5. 5Preview your data. Verify child records, family contacts, and classroom assignments are correct.
6. 6Click Import. Your children, families, and enrollments are live immediately.
7. 7If anything looks off, use one-click rollback. Fix the issue and re-import anytime.

What Gets Imported (40+ Fields)

• Child information: first and last name, date of birth, gender, race, ethnicity
• Child address: street, city, state, ZIP, country
• Classroom / room assignment
• Primary guardian: first name, last name, email, phone
• Second guardian / parent 2: first name, last name, email, phone
• Medical: allergies, physician name, physician phone, medical notes
• Emergency contacts: up to 2 contacts with name, phone, and relationship
• Authorized pickups: up to 2 pickups with name and phone
• Enrollment: status, enrollment date, start date
• Subsidy: status and case number
• General notes

After Import

• Set up classrooms, age groups, and capacity limits
• Configure tuition plans and billing schedules
• Invite staff by email (they get a link to create their account)
• Connect payment processing through Stripe in Settings > Billing
• Send parents the app download links (iOS and Android)
