Switch from Brightwheel

Switching from Brightwheel to Neztio takes under 10 minutes. Export your child roster as a CSV, upload it to Neztio, and our import tool auto-detects the Brightwheel format and maps every column instantly. No phone calls, no waiting.

Step 1: Export from Brightwheel

1. 1Log in to your Brightwheel admin account.
2. 2Go to the Directory section.
3. 3Click Export or Download CSV to export your child roster.
4. 4Save the CSV file to your computer.

Step 2: Import into Neztio

1. 1Go to Settings > Import in Neztio.
2. 2Upload your Brightwheel CSV file.
3. 3Neztio auto-detects Brightwheel as the source and maps all fields instantly. Review the column mapping and confidence scores.
4. 4Preview the imported data. Check child names, classrooms, and family contacts.
5. 5Click Import. Your records are live immediately.

What Transfers (40+ Fields)

• Child information: first and last name, date of birth, gender, race, ethnicity
• Child address: street, city, state, ZIP, country
• Classroom / room assignment
• Primary guardian: first name, last name, email, phone
• Second guardian / parent 2: first name, last name, email, phone
• Medical: allergies, physician name, physician phone, medical notes
• Emergency contacts: up to 2 contacts with name, phone, and relationship
• Authorized pickups: up to 2 pickups with name and phone
• Enrollment: status, enrollment date, start date
• Subsidy: status and case number
• General notes

After Import

• Set up tuition plans and billing (Neztio has flat pricing, no per-child fees)
• Invite staff by email
• Send parents the Neztio app download links
• If anything looks off, use one-click rollback and re-import anytime
