Switch from Procare

Whether you use Procare Desktop or Procare Online, switching to Neztio takes under 10 minutes. Export your data as a CSV, upload it, and Neztio handles the rest automatically.

Step 1: Export from Procare Desktop

1. 1Open Procare Desktop as Supervisor.
2. 2Go to Supervisor Utilities > Data Import/Export.
3. 3Select Children and Families data.
4. 4Choose CSV as the export format.
5. 5Save the file to your computer.

Step 1 (Alternative): Export from Procare Online

1. 1Log in to Procare Online as administrator.
2. 2Go to Reports > Export.
3. 3Select the Children report and choose CSV format.
4. 4Download the file.

Step 2: Import into Neztio

1. 1Go to Settings > Import in Neztio.
2. 2Upload your Procare CSV file.
3. 3Neztio auto-detects both Procare Desktop and Procare Online formats and maps all fields instantly.
4. 4Preview the imported data. Check child names, classrooms, and family contacts.
5. 5Click Import. Your records are live immediately.

What Transfers (40+ Fields)

• Child information: first and last name, date of birth, gender, race, ethnicity
• Child address: street, city, state, ZIP, country
• Classroom / room assignment
• Primary guardian: first name, last name, email, phone
• Second guardian / parent 2: first name, last name, email, phone
• Medical: allergies, physician name, physician phone, medical notes
• Emergency contacts: up to 2 contacts with name, phone, and relationship
• Authorized pickups: up to 2 pickups with name and phone
• Enrollment: status, enrollment date, start date
• Subsidy: status and case number
• General notes

After Import

• Set up tuition plans and billing in Neztio
• Invite staff by email
• Send parents the Neztio app download links
• Use one-click rollback if anything needs adjustment
