Switch from Procare

Moving from Procare to Neztio is straightforward. Whether you use Procare Desktop or Procare Online, this guide covers the export and import steps.

Export from Procare

1. 1Open Procare Desktop or log in to Procare Online.
2. 2Go to Reports > Export.
3. 3Select the data types to export: Children and Families.
4. 4Choose CSV as the export format.
5. 5Download the files to your computer.

Import to Neztio

1. 1Go to the Import section in Neztio.
2. 2Upload your Procare CSV file.
3. 3Neztio auto-detects Procare as the source and maps fields automatically. Review the mapping and confidence scores.
4. 4Preview the data and resolve any validation issues.
5. 5Click Import to create the records.

What Transfers

• Child records (name, date of birth, gender, medical notes, allergies)
• Family information (guardian name, email, phone)
• Classroom assignments (room name)
