Switch from HiMama / Lillio

HiMama (now Lillio) gives directors a data export. Once the file arrives, uploading it to Neztio takes a few minutes.

Step 1: Export from HiMama / Lillio

1. 1Sign in to HiMama / Lillio as a director.
2. 2Request a data export from the center settings. It is prepared in the background and emailed to you, which can take a few hours.
3. 3Download the file from the email. If it is not a CSV, open it in a spreadsheet and save it as CSV.
4. 4If the menu names differ in your version, search their help center for data export.

Step 2: Import into Neztio

1. 1In Neztio, go to Import in the left sidebar (under Settings).
2. 2Upload the HiMama / Lillio CSV (up to 5 MB and 500 rows). Neztio detects the HiMama / Lillio format; if it does not, choose it under Source system.
3. 3Click Analyze Columns and check Map Columns. Fix any column that was matched to the wrong place.
4. 4Click Preview Data. Rows with issues are listed; skip them or import them anyway.
5. 5Click Import. Children, guardians, classrooms and enrollments are live immediately.

What Transfers

• Child: first and last name, date of birth, gender, race, ethnicity
• Child address: street, city, state, ZIP, country
• Classroom / room assignment (rooms are created if they do not exist yet)
• Primary guardian: first name, last name, email, phone
• Second guardian: first name, last name, email, phone
• Medical: allergies, physician name, physician phone, medical notes
• Emergency contacts: up to 2, with name, phone and relationship
• Authorized pickups: up to 2, with name and phone
• Enrollment: status, enrollment date, start date
• Subsidy: status and case number
• General notes

After Import

• From the import Results, send parent app invitations to every guardian with an email.
• Set up Pricing and assign each child a billing plan (Neztio has flat monthly pricing, no per-child fees).
• Invite staff from Staff; they get an email link to create their account.
• If you import the same file again, children already in your roster are skipped, so a re-run does not create duplicates.

What You Gain

• Billing with online payments and autopay, which HiMama does not include
• QR code and kiosk check-in with live ratio checks
• Parent apps for iOS and Android, with in-app payments and forms
• AI help writing messages and daily report cards on every plan; the AI assistant and morning briefing on higher plans
• CACFP meal tracking and monthly claims
