Switch from Sandbox ChildCare

Switching from Sandbox ChildCare to Neztio is fast and fully self-serve. Export your child roster as a CSV, upload it, and Neztio maps your data automatically.

Step 1: Export from Sandbox

1. 1Log in to Sandbox ChildCare as an administrator.
2. 2Go to Reports > Child Roster.
3. 3Export the roster as a CSV file.
4. 4Save the file to your computer.

Step 2: Import into Neztio

1. 1Go to Settings > Import in Neztio.
2. 2Upload your Sandbox CSV file.
3. 3Neztio auto-detects the Sandbox format and maps all fields instantly.
4. 4Preview the imported data. Check child names, classrooms, and family contacts.
5. 5Click Import. Your records are live immediately.

What Transfers (40+ Fields)

• Child information: first and last name, date of birth, gender, race, ethnicity
• Child address: street, city, state, ZIP, country
• Classroom / room assignment
• Primary guardian: first name, last name, email, phone
• Second guardian / parent 2: first name, last name, email, phone
• Medical: allergies, physician name, physician phone, medical notes
• Emergency contacts: up to 2 contacts with name, phone, and relationship
• Authorized pickups: up to 2 pickups with name and phone
• Enrollment: status, enrollment date, start date
• Subsidy: status and case number
• General notes
